There are two parking lots. The south lot is accessible off of Melrose St. The north lot is off of Rockwell St behind the campus. You can enter in the North, and South main entrances.

    Food:

We are not planning on providing any lunch or dinner options to teams at this event due to the short nature of the event. There may be concessions in the building till about 4PM, however there are plenty of food options along Western including a Mariano's and a Jewel Osco.

    Wifi:

In order to reduce the possibility of interference with the FTC Field Control System, we will be asking everyone to limit their access to all Wifi networks in the venue on the day of the event.

    Reminders:

    • Bring your Team Roster which you can print out via TIMS
    • Bring your robot, phones, programming laptop, batteries, anything that doesn't stay attached to the robot. Also be sure to bring spares of whatever you have, in case something breaks!
    • Bring your own safety glasses. We do not have enough to provide every team with glasses, PLEASE bring your own or you will not be allowed near the field.
    • Please bring an outlet strip AND extension cords as we WILL NOT HAVE OUTLET STRIPS OR EXTENSION CORDS. There should be enough outlets for tables, but if you have an extension cord please bring one.
    • Remember to have your team number on both sides of your robot so that it can easily be recognized. Failure to do so will mean a failed inspection
    • Charge your phone, your laptop and batteries. We will have outlets but it's better to be ready to go than wait for things to charge up.
    • Run your robot at least once before showing up. There is no field electronics this year, which means if you can run successfully before you get here, you'll be much more likely to run successfully when you're here.
    • Look out for loose cables!!! This has been the number one cause of issues thus far for robots. The USB cables are a bit fidgety and can be quite loose. Make sure they're in snug and you have them fastened.
